Event 798-Residential Rentals; Dos and Don EVENT TYPE: Education-General PRESENTER: Mimi Weisinger EVENT DATE: 07/31/2012-07/31/2012 EVENT TIME: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM EVENT DESCRIPTION: This course is designed to assist agents identify and their roles and responsibilities when representing landlords and tenants. Course content will include fair housing, qualifying tenants, inspection of premises, security deposits, initial payments, and preparing the NJAR lease. A general discussion of the responsibilities of the landlord and tenant will also be presented so that agents can address common landlord and tenant concerns. |
