The Mission of the Hunterdon/Somerset Association of REALTORS® is to provide professional development and ethical standards in the best interests of the REALTOR® Community.
Consumer Calls: Consumer calls and complaints have become an important service of the Association. The Grievance Committee reviews each of the complaints and whenever determined by the Committee, a hearing is held before the Professional Standards Committee. A mediation service is an adjunct to the Committee.
Information Service: The Board staff
answers several hundred calls a month from members of the Board and the public seeking specialized information. If the staff is unable to respond to specific questions, they will attempt to get the answer or refer the caller to the proper source.
