The Mission of the Hunterdon/Somerset Association of REALTORS® is to provide professional development and ethical standards in the best interests of the REALTOR® Community.
Consumer Calls: Consumer calls and complaints have become an important service of the Association. The Grievance Committee reviews each of the complaints and whenever determined by the Committee, a hearing is held before the Professional Standards Committee. A mediation service is an adjunct to the Committee.
Code of Ethics: The National Association of REALTORS® looks to its local Associations to enforce the Code of Ethics. The Code was adopted in 1913 and REALTORS® are pledged to observe and abide by the Code of Ethics.
