The Mission of the Hunterdon/Somerset Association of REALTORS® is to provide professional development and ethical standards in the best interests of the REALTOR® Community.
Consumer Calls: Consumer calls and complaints have become an important service of the Association. The Grievance Committee reviews each of the complaints and whenever determined by the Committee, a hearing is held before the Professional Standards Committee. A mediation service is an adjunct to the Committee.
Referral Network: THE NEW JERSEY REFERRAL NETWORK. LLC (“NJRN”) through the relationship of HSAR, offers the membership the opportunity to utilize their license without sending it to lay dormant in the N.J. Real Estate Commission’s files. (Read more)
Code of Ethics: The National Association of REALTORS® looks to its local Associations to enforce the Code of Ethics. The Code was adopted in 1913 and REALTORS® are pledged to observe and abide by the Code of Ethics.
